At EFM Machinery, we are immensely proud of the fully automated production line at TerraSana, producer of organic nut spreads. What started with one line has now grown into an impressive second line.
The new line is a big step forward. From an inline rinser to a rotary variant, from a 4-cup to an 8-cup filler, and from a single shutter to a rotary shutter: every step in the process has been scaled up and optimised. Whereas the first line still required manual operations, now everything runs fully automatically with just one operator overseeing the entire process.
From the moment the empty pots arrive to the moment the filled pots are in boxes on the pallet, everything goes in one smooth flow. The result? A substantial increase in capacity, consistent quality and maximum efficiency.
