For the production of mustard, cold sauces and piccalilli, we installed a state-of-the-art production line, fully automated from filling to packaging.
The 6-head servo-controlled piston filling machine quickly and precisely fills the jars, which are then sealed airtight using the existing twist-off sealing machine. The jars are then perfectly labelled via the rotary labelling machine. The automatic cartoner ensures that everything is packed into cardboard boxes quickly and efficiently. Thanks to fast changeovers and the ability to operate the line with one operator.
Following the successful route in Belgium, the production plant in France will soon also be equipped with a new filling machine.
