One of the oldest and most traditional production companies in Wallonia proudly remains true to its main product: high-quality, traditional syrup. At the same time, the company is looking ahead and went in search of a flexible filling line for contemporary packaging.
To optimise production, an inline air rinser, a PS8 filling machine with a capacity of up to 5 litres, a 4-head rotary sealer, an induction sealer and a labeller with three labelling heads were chosen.
With a capacity of up to 4,000 packs per hour, this line is built for growth. Moreover, the line is prepared for a second phase, where an automatic bottle feeding system and cartoner will further increase efficiency.
