Dordrecht-based Transnational Blenders (TNB) is part of the ENVIEM group and a producer of lubricants. The company specialises in blending high-quality oils for the marine and automotive sectors.
To ensure the reliability and continuity of the production process, TNB decided to replace the old filling line. The new line is distinguished by a filling machine with double circuit piping, which processes both hydraulic oil and engine oil without any problems.
The innovative design ensures a faster rinsing process, less downtime and higher productivity. Moreover, the line doses by net weight, ensuring that each can contains exactly the right amount and eliminating the need for a checkweigher.
