We developed a compact and flexible filling and sealing line for liquid animal feed for a Kempian producer in the feed industry, responding to the increasing demand for liquid additives for animals. The challenge? Limited space on the first floor of the production building.
The solution is the Monoblock Compact 3.1 in XL version, which effortlessly handles both 0.5-litre bottles and 5-litre jerry cans. Thanks to the flowmeter-controlled filling system, fed from an IBC, all containers are filled accurately and efficiently.
A round feed table automatically feeds the bottles, after which the system fills up to 1,500 bottles per hour. On the output side, the line seamlessly connects to an induction sealer and the existing labelling machine.
Thanks to the chosen U-arrangement, the entire line can be operated by just one operator. Compact, clear and fully adapted to the space available.
