A compact and flexible filling line was needed for a Kempian producer in the feed industry, responding to the rising demand for liquid additives for animals. The challenge? Limited space on the first floor of the production building.
The solution: the Monoblock Compact 3.1 in XL version. This filling line effortlessly handles both 0.5-litre bottles and larger 5-litre jerry cans. Thanks to the flowmeter-controlled filling system, fed from an IBC, all containers are filled accurately and efficiently.
A round feed table automatically feeds the bottles, after which the system fills up to 1,500 bottles per hour. On the output side, the line seamlessly connects to an induction sealer and the existing labelling machine.
With the U-arrangement chosen, the entire line can be operated by just one operator. Compact, clear and perfectly suited to the space available.
