BioBandits has been a producer of organic sauces since 2011, supplying well-known names such as Jack Daniel's alongside its own brands. The company continues to invest in growth and innovation: with its new fully automated packaging line, production now runs at 4,000 bottles per hour. Thanks to smart automation, BioBandits is doubling capacity without additional staff and maintaining high efficiency.
The new line is fully automated: from setting up glass bottles (depal) and cleaning bottles with the rinser, to filling, sealing, labelling, sleeving and casepacking. The whole process is automatic and the line is prepared for future expansions, such as a palletiser.
An advanced control system ensures optimal communication between all machines. Through one central overview, the process can be monitored, paused or stopped. This ensures maximum control, safety and flexibility for the BioBandits team.
