Together with a client, we realised a fully automated production line for their organic nut spreads. This new line takes production capacity to the next level. No more manual work, from depalletising to palletising the process is now fully automatic.
The process starts with a depalletiser, which neatly feeds empty jars, followed by an air rinser for optimum hygiene. A servo-controlled eight-head piston filler accurately fills the jars. After rapid metal detection, the jars are automatically sealed with a rotary sealer.
A non-stop labelling machine then applies the labels. The jars are then automatically placed in boxes via a case packer. These boxes are immediately labelled and efficiently stacked on pallets by the integrated palletising system. Finally, the pallets roll along a roller conveyor towards the warehouse, ready for distribution.
With this fully automated production line, customers produce faster, more efficiently and the line can be controlled with just one operator.
