This Flemish manufacturer of carwash products is fully committed to growth with an efficient filling line for jerry cans and bottles.
The growth plans of the Flemish manufacturer of carwash products required a renewal of its machinery. The new filling line with flow meters is designed for growth and can be scaled up to a six-head version. Currently, the line processes up to 180 25-litre jerry cans per hour. An additional sealing machine was installed for filling acids, adapted to the properties of these aggressive liquids.
In addition to the existing line, a second production line is under construction. This will process round and oval bottles with screw caps or triggers, as well as 5L jerry cans.
