For a Belgian sauce producer, we developed an efficient top-down bottle filling line, managed by a single operator, for both mayonnaise and other cold sauces.
A product deserves a filling line that is as well thought-out as the recipe itself. For a producer of Belgian mayonnaise and other cold sauces, we realised a streamlined line for top-down bottles, with a capacity of up to 2,200 bottles per hour.
Central is a servo-controlled PS4 filling machine, linked to an automatic 1-cup sealer. This is followed by an induction sealer, while labelling and buffering are seamlessly integrated into the process via existing components.
Thanks to the U arrangement, one operator suffices to manage the entire route.
